On a peaceful mountain in the middle of a nature reserve in Umbria you find Il Posto. A renovated church from the year 1797 with an ancient pastory transformed into two luxury vacation rentals for six to eight guests. 

Il Posto is created and run passionately by Delfo Schiaffino & Rachel van Weringh. He is a Michelin recognized chef with roots in both Germany and Italy. She is a wine expert from the Netherlands but has always felt more at home under the Italian sun. They left the business to realize their dream: creating the place where family, food, wine and comfort can come togheter.
